What I offer; what others say

This is about me, personally, as you will engage me rather than any process or set of methodologies or tools.

You can find my career history, which may be a useful source of context for you, in my LinkedIn profile here.

What I offer

I love connecting – people, ideas, concepts, perspectives. I excel at enabling you (individually, team, stakeholder group) make sense of ambiguity and uncertainty.

As a strategic adviser, I am bringing my deep expertise in facilitation together with my deep expertise in ESG, and offering a uniquely compelling proposition to clients.

Seeing faces light up; seeing the “I never thought about it like that” expression; hearing “what a great question and framing of our challenge”.

When I turn up, I’ll be full of ideas and concepts and approaches. We will build and choose, together, creating bespoke strategies and plans for you.

My MBA from Henley, PostGrad Diploma in Marketing, and degree in Chemical Engineering are testament to my intellectual versatility.

I like models, charts which help bring ideas to life, enabling you to create your clarity and precision, in your context. I like scenarios and pathways.

I dislike 4 box models though. They imply 4 truths, one for each quadrant. That can easily be a distraction, and lead to fundamental misunderstandings.

I have extensive experience of consulting with leading FMCG client organisations including including Tesco, Sainsburys, Coca Cola European Partners, SmurfitKappa, Unilever, P&G, Nestle, Asda, P&G.

Conceiving, delivering and communicating world class collaborations in sustainability, I have worked with stakeholders drawn from FMCG companies, NGOs, academia, trade associations, consumer groups, expert groups, charities and Government.
